Payment Terms:
All invoices are for immediate payment. Payment terms must be agreed upon in writing prior to invoice.
All online orders can be paid using Visa and Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. Online orders are required to be paid in full when placing the order.
In studio or Custom orders can be paid using Visa and Mastercard and AMEX credit cards, direct deposit into our bank account which is a 50% deposit to secure your Diamond and pricing.
Purchasing Process for Custom Made Rings or Fine Jewellery:
Once agreement has been reached on the purchase of the ring, we will provide you with a Deposit Invoice. The Deposit Invoice is 50% and will reflect all relevant details pertaining to the purchase. Once the Deposit Invoice has been received and reflected into our account we will start with your 3D CAD design of your ring for approval. Once the 3D CAD has been approved the ring will take 14-21 working days to be completed. This will depend on the ring chosen and workload at the time. If you need your ring sooner or have a deadline in mind, please let us know.
Guarantee (Refund Policy)
Custom-Made Jewellery:
Our custom-made jewellery pieces are all made to order so choose carefully when purchasing a custom design as we have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy; and an order cannot be cancelled after a deposit has been paid unless funds are going towards an upgrade at Parker Diamonds.
For online purchases your item must be returned in 14 days of your receipt of the jewellery item. The 14 day return policy commences on the day the package is delivered to the posting address. For online purchases, please note if the product has been altered in any way it cannot be returned. We offer a 14 day return policy on online purchases unless you have had it resized, all jewellery pieces must be unworn, returned with all the appropriate paperwork; which is invoices and all Diamond Certification. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or any design that has had engraving work done.
Warranty:
At Parker Diamonds we make all our jewellery to the highest standard and pride ourselves on our expert craftmanship. All our jewellery go through a rigorous quality control check making sure you enjoy your jewellery for a lifetime. We offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty on any manufacturing defects on any ring we create such as porosity, blemishes in the metal, surface pores and small diamonds that have fallen out without any damage to the ring. Upon receiving the ring we will inspect the ring to see what the problem was and if there is a problem with the manufacturing side of things, we will be more than happy to repair your ring at no charge. We do not cover wear and tear of your ring or Fine Jewellery that has lost stones due to it being knocked, mishandled, dented with scratches on the settings, prongs that have broken by being hooked or caught on clothing or everyday wear.
We would recommend taking your jewellery for a clean and check-up service once a year to maintain the sparkle and beauty of your ring for you to enjoy.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Parker Diamonds mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Parker Diamonds (“Parker Diamonds”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Parker Diamonds’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Parker Diamonds through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Parker Diamonds. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Parker or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Parker Diamonds mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
